Active Cooling clothes - Clothes to warm you up or cool you down

I was looking on the web for ways to use light clothes, or actually any clothes and keep a body temperature. So far, I have seen some cooling garments from the NASA [1], which have a similar operation as refrigerators or air conditionting systems, but within the suit.

So I started to search for commercial products that have this technology. The Aerospace agency of Japan, Jaxa, has made available to public a civilian version of their cooling vest [2], available for 1.3k Euros.

There are also other similar products that uses a liquid to transfer the temperature of ice blocks inside a cooler through tubes, as ultra-chiller [3]. On the other hand, it is also possible to make the temperature transfer through air, as shown by octocool [4], that uses clothes with removable fans.

This last method guided me to a tutorial [5] of how to do a similar system that mixes the air as transfer media, but using ice blocks as the cooling source.
